Where We Are and How To Reach Us

"Il Pioppo" of Petroio is 37 Km far from Florence. Take A1 Motorway exit "Firenze Sud". Follow the indications towards Bagno a Ripoli, Vallina, Pontassieve (SP 34 of Rosano). Go through the villages of Candeli and Vallina and then reach Pontassieve's ring road. Then follow the indication towards Forlė (SS 67) up to Contea village. Turn right, straightaway after the bridge, towards Londa (SS 556). At Londa follow the indications towards Arezzo - Stia - Fornace; after 500 mt., before the bridge turn left following the indication to Petroio. You have to turn left again after a few meters, then go on (you see two houses on the right) up to the cypress avenue; keep going up (you see on the right a small stone house with a wood fence), then up round the bend there is Il Pioppo.
